Your STK settings explained

Settings is where you tell STK about your business and choose a few preferences. This page explains what each section is for, to help you go straight to the one you need.

Open Settings and save a change

  1. Click the gear icon. It's at the top of STK.
  2. Choose a section. The ? button at the top of the window opens help at any time.
  3. Make your change and click that section's Update button. Each section saves on its own, for example Update Your Details or Update Invoice Details.

Your account

  • Your Details: change the email and password you sign in with.
  • Sign-in Security: manage your two-step sign-in, recovery codes, new phone and remembered browsers.

Paying for STK

  • Invoice Details: your company or store name, business address, VAT number and any limited company details. You need a company name and address before you can download invoices. Check them first, because the company name on a downloaded invoice can't be changed.
  • Billing and Subscription Status: set up your Direct Debit and see your subscriptions. See manage your subscription and billing.

Your figures

Tools and preferences

Other Settings

  • Blur sensitive information: hides your figures, for when you record a video or take a screenshot.
  • Fast price entry: type a price without the decimal point. Type 1999 and it becomes 19.99. If you type the point yourself, it's left as it is.
  • Review reimbursement cases before submitting to Amazon: when on, the STK extension stops on the review screen so you click Submit yourself. When off, the extension submits each case for you.

Why can't I see a section?

  • Your Details, Billing and Subscription Status are for the account holder only.
  • Billing is hidden during your free trial.
  • VAT only appears if your marketplace uses VAT.

If you're a team member and can't open Settings at all, ask your account holder to change your permissions.
