Raise reimbursement cases with the extension
The SellerToolKit browser extension fills in Amazon's case form for you, so there's nothing to copy and paste. You keep 100% of what Amazon pays. The FBA Reconciliation page isn't available during your free trial.
Install the extension
You only do this once, and you need Chrome on a computer. If it isn't installed, STK shows a link to the Chrome Web Store when you open the FBA Reconciliation Inventory page or click to raise a case. Pin the SellerToolKit icon from the puzzle-piece Extensions menu so you can see it in your toolbar.
Raise your cases
- Open the FBA Reconciliation Inventory page.
- Click Raise Overdue Cases. The first time, STK asks how cases should be filed. See below.
- Check the list. If there's more than one, STK lists them with every one ticked. The list isn't limited by the High and Medium toggle. Untick any you want to hold back.
- Let the extension run. It tells you when it's finished.
To raise a case for one SKU, open its Reconcile Dashboard and click the Raise Case icon on the Reimbursement Summary By Disposition card.
Review or submit automatically
- Review each case before it submits (recommended): the extension fills in Amazon's form and stops, and you click Send yourself.
- Submit each case automatically: the extension submits each case for you.
You can change this at any time in Settings → Other Settings.
After a run
Reimbursements appear on the Reimbursements page as Amazon pays them. If the SellerToolKit icon shows a number, those claims need you.
Needs you
Amazon has asked for something only you can give it, usually an invoice or a reference. The claim hasn't been refused. Each one tells you what Amazon asked for and what to do, which is usually raising a case with Amazon Seller Support yourself. STK won't raise it again. Find these under Claims that need you on the FBA Reconciliation Inventory page.
Not eligible
Amazon turned the claim down. You don't need to do anything, and STK won't raise it again.
Amazon shows Seller Assistant instead of the form
The extension can't raise a claim there, and it tells you if the run has to stop. Open the SKU's Reconcile Dashboard, click the Raise it yourself icon on the Reimbursement Summary By Disposition card, copy the claim text and paste it into Seller Assistant.
