Deal with overdue reimbursements
Overdue reimbursements are the ones that need a case raising with Amazon. This page explains what to do with Overdue, Pending and Pastdue on the FBA Reconciliation Inventory page.
What each status means for you
- Overdue: raise a case. Don't leave these sitting, because they don't stay claimable for ever.
- Pending: nothing to do yet.
- Pastdue: it's too late to raise a case, so there's nothing to do.
See your Overdue list
Choose the Overdue filter. The list opens on High, so use the All, High and Medium toggle at the top of the page to see everything. To raise them, see raise reimbursement cases.
High and Medium
High and Medium help you decide where to start if you're short of time. Raise both.
How often to check
Check at least once a week, or every few days if you sell a lot. Anything you leave can end up Pastdue.
STK also sends a Reimbursement Overdue alert with the SKU. You'll see it in Alert History, and you can choose whether it shows on the bell in your alert settings. See alerts and messages. Treat it as a reminder, not a replacement for your weekly check.
Why a claim isn't in your Overdue figure
Claims marked Needs you or Not eligible aren't counted, because STK won't raise them. You'll find them behind the Claims that need you and Not eligible for reimbursement buttons.
If a run pauses or won't start
“No e-mail option right now”
Your run is paused, so choose a time to start again. Choose a time in Start at and click Start later.
Cancel ends the run and clears the extension's list, including anything marked Needs you. Make a note of those first.
“Please refresh this page”
The extension has been updated. Press F5, then click Raise Overdue Cases again.
“No overdue reimbursements”
There's nothing to raise right now.
