Request Amazon reviews
STK can ask Amazon to send its official Request a Review message to your buyers on eligible orders. You choose when it goes out and which orders qualify, then STK does the rest.
The message comes from Amazon, using Amazon's own feature. You don't write anything, and STK doesn't change the wording. It's a tool you switch on yourself, so nothing is sent until you set it up.
Set it up
- Open Settings and choose Request a Review. See STK settings if you need help finding it.
- Enter the number of days. Choose how many days after the expected delivery date to send it, from 5 to 30.
- Choose a Fulfillment channel. All orders, FBA orders only, or Seller-fulfilled (MFN) orders only.
- Choose an Order type. All orders, Business orders only, or Non-business orders only.
- Decide about refunds. Do not request reviews on refunded orders is ticked by default. Untick it to include those orders.
- List any ASINs to skip. Under Exclude these ASINs, add them with a comma or a new line between each one. STK will never request a review for these.
- Save. Click Update Request a Review Settings.
Check it's working
Open an order on Orders and look at its details. You'll see one of these:
- Request a Review Due: the date the request is due to go out.
- Request a Review Set: the date it was sent.
Choose your timing
Give buyers enough time to receive the item and try it before they're asked.
Requests only go out on orders Amazon treats as eligible, so you may not see one on every order. Buyers choose whether to reply, and any review they leave appears on your Amazon listing. Reviews are separate from seller feedback, which you can follow on the Feedback page.
