Find and filter your orders
The Orders page lists your Amazon orders with the profit on each one. Use it to find a particular order, or filter down to a group such as refunds or losses.
Find an order
- Open Orders. Choose a status filter, or stay on All.
- Search. Type an order ID, SKU or ASIN into the search box.
- Narrow it down. Use the period picker, the Fulfilment filter and, if you sell in more than one, the marketplace filter.
A search looks across Life Time, so you can still find an old order. Clear the search and the period goes back to 30 days. If you picked your own period first, the search stays on that period, and clearing the search still returns to 30 days.
Status filters
Most statuses, such as All, Pending, Shipped, Cancelled, Return and Business, mean what they say. These are the ones worth knowing:
- Seller Initiated: orders you created yourself.
- Refunded and Refunded - Partial: the buyer got all or part of their money back.
- Replacement: a replacement sent at no further charge to the buyer.
- Loss: orders that made a loss, where the profit is below zero.
- Removal: stock you had sent back from Amazon.
- Liquidation and Disposal: stock liquidated or disposed of.
Use the tiles
The tiles above the list add up whatever you're looking at, such as sales, profit and refunds. Filter to Refunded, or search for one SKU, and every tile follows. Each tile also compares with the previous period that matches your period, which is useful for comparing periods.
Read and correct an order
Each row shows the money for that order in its Profit & Loss column. If you're not sure about a VAT line, see VAT labels on your orders. The row also has a Link Menu with two extra buttons here:
- Adjust Sale Amount: on Seller Initiated orders. Enter the amount you received after fees and VAT.
- Adjust Shipping Cost: on FBM orders. Enter what you paid to ship it.
