Late or missing fees on an order
If an order shows No Fees, or a fee or shipping cost seems to be missing, it usually means Amazon hasn't finalised that part of the order yet. In most cases you don't need to do anything.
What you might see
- No Fees on an order: the Fees line in the Profit & Loss column on Orders says No Fees until the fees are in. Treat the profit on that order as provisional.
- A service or other fee hasn't appeared: Amazon can be slow to post these. Check Finance Activity again later.
- No shipping label cost on an FBM order: it can appear later.
- Deferred in Seller Central: Amazon hasn't finalised the transaction yet, so STK can look different for now. The order updates once it's released.
What to check
- Look at the order's age. If it's recent, give it some time.
- Search Finance Activity. Pick a period that covers the order, then enter the order ID to see every line recorded for it in that period. Use Detail for the full list.
- Check Seller Central. See whether the transaction shows as Deferred.
- Check your Amazon connection. If nothing is updating at all, your permissions may need renewing. See renew Amazon permissions.
If you paid for FBM postage yourself
Open the order's Link Menu on Orders, click Adjust Shipping Cost and enter what you paid.
If it still looks wrong
Email support@sellertoolkit.co.uk with one or two example order IDs, plus a screenshot of the transaction from Seller Central. That lets us look at the same order you're seeing.
For what each figure on the order means, see profit, ROI and margin.
