Check your fees with Finance Activity

Finance Activity shows what Amazon charged you, paid you or took from you, line by line. Use it to check a payment, spot an unexpected fee or find one transaction.

Orders shows where the profit on each sale came from. Finance Activity shows where the money in your Amazon account went.

Find a fee

  1. Open Finance Activity. It opens on the last 30 days.
  2. Pick a period. Use the period picker in the header.
  3. Click a tile. The list shows only that category. Click it again, or click Total, to clear it.
  4. Search. Type a SKU, ASIN or order ID to find a specific line.

The tiles

Each tile shows the total for one category over your period, compared with the previous period that matches your period. There's no comparison on Life Time.

  • Total: everything added together.
  • Shipment: fulfilment-related fees.
  • Adjustment: corrections to earlier entries.
  • Product Charges: what buyers paid on your shipped orders. This is money coming in, so it shows as a positive figure.
  • Promotions: promotions you paid for.

The other tiles, such as Service, Postage and Coupon, show what their names say. The tiles keep their totals when you click one. Only the list changes.

Summary or Detail

Use the toggle in the header. STK remembers your choice.

  • Summary: fewer rows, with similar fees grouped together. Best for a quick look.
  • Detail: one row per fee, plus a Reference column. Best when you're checking a payment line by line.

Read the list

  • Amount and Currency: the entry in your own currency.
  • Charged Amount and Charged Currency: what Amazon charged, in the currency it charged in.
  • Order: the Amazon order the line belongs to.

Why some entries cancel out

Gift wrap is the common example. What the buyer paid appears under Product Charges and Amazon's matching charge appears under Shipment. The two cancel out and cost you nothing, but both are listed so the page matches what Amazon shows.

Costs Amazon doesn't bill you for belong on Expenses & Credits. If a fee hasn't appeared yet, see late or missing fees.
