Download reports

The Reports page is where you get your data out of STK as a file. Use it for your accountant, your year-end stock figure, or working on a spreadsheet of your own.

Request a report

  1. Open Reports and click Request Report.
  2. Select a report. A box explains what it contains, and asks for anything it needs, such as dates or a marketplace.
  3. Click Request. A new row appears in the list.
  4. Wait for it to finish. Some reports are ready straight away and others take longer. You don't need to refresh or stay on the page.
  5. Use the buttons on the row. View, Download and Delete appear when it's ready.

Which reports you can request

Sales

  • Daily Sales and Monthly Sales: by SKU or by ASIN, each with a Plus Monthly Totals version.
  • Sales Summary: by SKU or by ASIN.

Orders

  • Orders - Detailed: every order for your dates and marketplace, including Shipped, Pending, Cancelled, Returns and Refunded.

Stock

  • Stock Valuation: your stock on one date, with costs and a value for each SKU. It's useful for year-end accounts.
  • Inventory Ageing: a snapshot of your current FBA stock by age band, with costs.
  • Replenish: three versions for restocking: Orders Last 90 Days, Full List - Excluding Deleted Listings and Full List - Including Deleted Listings.

Costs and settings

Dates and marketplaces

  • Sales and Orders - Detailed: up to 366 days per request. For more, request back-to-back periods. You can pick one marketplace or All.
  • Stock Valuation: enter the Request Date you want your stock valued at, such as your year end. If you pick a date too far back, STK tells you.

View, Download and Delete

  • View: opens the report inside STK for a quick check. Replenish reports can't be viewed this way, because they're built to work in Excel.
  • Download: saves the file to your computer.
  • Delete: removes the report from the list. To get it back, request it again.
