Bulk edit your repricer settings

You don't need to change SKUs one at a time. STK gives you three ways to edit repricer settings in bulk, depending on what you're changing.

  • Bulk Changes: move a group of SKUs to a rule, or switch repricing on or off.
  • Upload Repricer File: set a different rule or different limits on each SKU from a spreadsheet.
  • Apply to all markets: copy settings for one SKU across all its marketplaces.

Use Bulk Changes

  1. Open Rules and click Bulk Changes.
  2. Filter on what you want to change. You can filter by current rule, marketplace, FBA or FBM, New or Used, and category, or list the ASINs and SKUs yourself, separated by a space, a comma or a new line.
  3. Set what you want to change to. Use Set Rule To or Set Repricing To. You can also use Remove All Minimum Overrides or Remove All Maximum Overrides.
  4. Check the Condition and Result text. It spells out what will change, so read it before you click.
  5. Click Update. The change runs in the background, and the bell shows when it's finished. Only one bulk change can run at a time.

Reset ‘Last Order’ Clock is on by default. See automations.

Upload a repricer file

  1. Get a file. The easiest way is to request the Repricer Settings report on the Reports page. It lists every SKU with its current settings, in the upload format. Or open Upload Repricer File and click to download the STK Repricer template.
  2. Edit it in a spreadsheet. Save it as a tab-separated (.tsv) file. If your sheet comes from the report, you can upload it as it is.
  3. Drop it onto the upload box on the Upload Repricer File page.
  4. Check progress. Check the bell to see how it's going.

What goes in each column

  • SKU: the SKU exactly as it is on Amazon, including capitals.
  • Marketplace_ISO: the marketplace code for that row.
  • Rule_Id: the number shown before the rule's name on the Rules page. Leave it blank to keep the current rule.
  • Min_Price, Min_RoI, Min_Profit: fill in one, if you want a minimum on that SKU.
  • Max_Price, Max_RoI, Max_Profit: fill in one, if you want a maximum on that SKU.
  • Repricer_On: Y for on, N for off. Leave it blank to keep the current setting.

Before you upload

  • Each row replaces all the Min and Max limits on that SKU. A blank Min or Max cell removes any override already there. That's why it's safest to start from the Repricer Settings report and include only the rows you want to change.
  • The file has no column for margin overrides. Set those in All Markets.

Use Apply to all markets

If a SKU sells on more than one marketplace, All Markets shows an Apply to all markets panel above the list.

  1. Change the setting you want to copy. You can use Rule, Repricing, Minimum override or Maximum override.
  2. Check the marketplaces below. The setting fills in at once. Anything you don't touch stays as it is, and you can still adjust one marketplace by hand.
  3. Click Save. Nothing changes until you do, and Reset discards your edits.

Enter money amounts in your own currency, and STK converts them for each marketplace. ROI and margin are percentages, so they apply as typed.
