Why your price did not change

If a price isn't moving the way you expected, the answer is usually in your own settings. Check these for the SKU and marketplace in question. Most of it takes a few seconds in All Markets.

Your switches and listing

  • Buy Box: All Markets shows your position against the Buy Box. If you're already winning it, you may not need to change anything.
  • SKU switch: in All Markets, is the Repricing switch on for that marketplace? Repricing is set per marketplace, so one being on doesn't mean they all are.
  • Your offer: if your stock isn't live yet, or your offer can't ship now, it can't compete. Used and collectible offers don't normally appear in the main Buy Box either.
  • Master switch: is the Repricer set to Repricer ON?

Your rule

Open the rule and check:

  • Exclude Sellers: is that seller, or Amazon, excluded?
  • At Max Price: your maximum is stopping it going higher. See maximums.
  • Snooze: look at the rule card on the Rules page. If it says Snoozing, the price won't follow competitors until the window ends. See snooze repricing.
  • Match Offer: is that offer type set to Do Not Match? If so, your price won't follow it.
  • At Min Price: your minimum is stopping it going lower. Review the minimum or the SKU's costs. See minimums.
  • Automations: an automation may have moved the SKU to a different rule. Open SKU Rule History to see when it moved and why.
  • Suppressed BuyBox: if no Buy Box is showing, check this tab is set the way you want. See Hunt & Hold.
  • Overrides: a Minimum Override or Maximum Override on the SKU replaces the rule's figure. Check All Markets for one.
  • Active: does the SKU have the rule you think it has? Is that rule Active? SKUs on an inactive rule don't reprice.
