Use the Repricer Dashboard

The Repricer Dashboard shows how your repricing is doing right now. It also answers the question most sellers start with: why am I not winning the Buy Box on the rest of my listings? Every listing on the Repricer appears in one place, with what to do next.

Open the dashboard

Open Repricer Dashboard in the menu. It's there for sellers with a Repricer subscription. At the top of the page you can:

  • Pick a marketplace: choose one, or All for your whole account.
  • Choose All, FBA or FBM: narrow everything on the page to the offers you want to see.
  • Use the Repricer ON / OFF switch: this is the master switch for your account. OFF pauses all repricing, and STK asks you to confirm first.

See how today is going

The line under Repricer today gives you the day at a glance: price changes today and yesterday, and how many listings are set to reprice. Below it are six circles and a row of tiles.

  • Active, Repricing: your active listings, and how many of them the Repricer is pricing.
  • At Minimum, At Maximum: listings priced at your limits.
  • Buy Box Win, Matching Buy Box: listings where you hold the Buy Box, and listings where your price equals the Buy Box price.
  • Price changes, Raises, Cuts: what has changed today. More changes isn't better or worse, and a quiet day on a stable market is normal.
  • Snoozed: listings inside a Snooze window now.

Buy Box % and True Buy Box %

Buy Box % is the share of all your active listings where you hold the Buy Box. True Buy Box % looks only at repriced listings that can win. It leaves out listings where your own minimum stops you. The line under each tile shows both views, so you can see how many listings your minimum is blocking.

Why you are not winning the Buy Box

This section puts each repriced listing in one group: winning, matching, or one reason it isn't winning. Each group shows how many listings are in it, what it means and what you can do.

  • Your minimum is above the winning price: review the minimum or the cost on these SKUs.
  • At your maximum: review the maximum price or maximum margin on these SKUs.
  • Your offer can't win yet: this usually means stock is still on its way in. Wait until it's live.
  • Amazon is not listing your offer: check the listing in Seller Central.
  • Amazon holds the Buy Box and your Amazon Hunt & Hold is off: turn on Hunt & Hold if you want to compete with Amazon.
  • Amazon prefers another offer although you are cheaper: look at delivery speed, FBA and your account health. A lower price won't fix these.
  • Used or collectible offers: these can't win the main Buy Box, so there's nothing to do.
  • Buy Box hidden by Amazon, repricer is hunting, and Hunt in progress: the Repricer is working on these, so there's nothing to do.
  • Other, being checked: there's nothing to do for now.

See the listings in a group

Click a group to open it. You'll see each listing's SKU, ASIN, marketplace, price, minimum, maximum, Buy Box price, who holds it and Amazon's estimate of the winning price, where Amazon gives one. Click a column heading to sort.

Where a group says to review something, make the change in All Markets for one SKU, on the rule, or with Repricer Filters or a repricer file for many.

Compare periods and marketplaces

  • Price changes by period: today, yesterday, the last 7 and 90 days and the periods before them, so you can see how activity has changed.
  • Repricing and Buy Box by marketplace: a chart of the listings set to reprice and the listings holding the Buy Box.
  • Marketplaces: one row for each marketplace, with its counts and percentages.
