Check sign-ins in the Security Center

Security Center, as it's named in the app, is your account's audit trail. It shows you who has been signing in and what reports they've been using, which is especially useful when several people have access to your account.

It has two logs, Session History and Report Audit. Both are read-only, so nothing in them can be changed.

Check who has signed in

  1. Open Security Center and choose Session History.
  2. Look through the list. Each row is one sign-in.
  3. Check anything you don't recognise. Look at the user, device, IP address and time.

Each row shows:

  • User: who signed in.
  • Sign In Time and Last Access Time: when the session started and when it was last used.
  • Revoked Time: when the session ended.
  • Device, IP and Timezone: where it came from.
  • Status: where the session stands now.

Check report activity

Open Report Audit to see the report activity on your account. Each row shows the user, the time, the report, the action taken, and the device and IP address it came from. It gives you a quick history of how your team uses reports.

Find a session or action

Both logs have a search box at the top. Type a user, IP address, device or other detail to filter the list. You can show 50, 100, 250 or 500 rows on a page, and use the pager to move back through your history.

If you see a sign-in you don't recognise

  1. Check with your team. It may be someone working from a new device.
  2. Change your password. Go to Your Details in Settings.
  3. Block anyone who shouldn't have access. Use the Users page, and give each person their own login rather than sharing one.
  4. Check your two-step sign-in is on. See set up two-step sign-in.
  5. Tell us. Email support@sellertoolkit.co.uk with the details from the row.

Team members need the Security permission to open these logs. You can give it to them on the Users page.
