Plan restocks with Replenish

Replenish helps you decide which Amazon products to restock first. It puts the products most worth your attention at the top, so you can start there instead of scrolling through your whole catalogue.

Work through the list

  1. Open Replenish. The list opens on Short.
  2. Choose Short or Full. Short shows products with sales in the last 90 days, and is the one for day-to-day use. Full gives you a wider list, including products that haven't sold lately. It's useful for spotting products that have stalled.
  3. Start at the top and work down. Keep going until the products no longer need action.
  4. Check each row. Look at its stock, sales and profit. To see the sales charts, open the Link Menu.

Change what the list shows

  • SKU or ASIN: show one row per SKU, or group by ASIN. On ASIN, each row covers one product on one fulfilment channel.
  • All, FBA or FBM: narrow the list by who ships the order.
  • Search: go straight to a product.

The Ageing column only shows for FBA stock, so stock you ship yourself shows none. To check older stock, see find aged inventory.

Note down a restock

  1. Click Edit Last Replen. It's on the product's Link Menu.
  2. Enter the Last replen date and Replen qty.
  3. Click Save. They show in the row's Last Replenishment column.

This is a note for you, to show what you've already dealt with. It doesn't change the list.

Hide a product you won't restock

Click Hide on the product's Link Menu and it leaves the list straight away. Nothing is deleted.

To bring it back, click Show Hidden, then Unhide on the product. Click Hide Hidden to return to your normal list.
