Help centre · Inventory and cost of goods
Check your FBA inventory
The Inventory page lists every Amazon listing you have, one row per SKU. Use it to check how much FBA stock you have, what state that stock is in and how each product is selling.
What each row shows
- Inventory by Disposition: your stock, split by state.
- Sales Performance: how quickly the product is selling.
- Profit & Loss: your price, costs and fees, with the profit, ROI and margin they give you.
- Listing: details of the listing itself, including its maximum order quantity.
To change what you see, use Layout Configuration to choose your columns. The Compact and Full buttons switch between rounded and full numbers.
Find a product
- Search. Type a SKU, ASIN or product title.
- Choose All, FBA or FBM. FBA is stock Amazon ships for you. FBM is stock you ship yourself.
- Sort the list. Order it by Profit, ROI, Margin or Price, high to low or low to high.
- Open the Link Menu. The icons on each row open that product's charts and other pages. See how to use the Link Menu.
What the stock filters mean
In Stock is selected when you open the page. A filter only appears when it has something in it, and its number tells you how many.
- In Stock: sellable stock.
- Out Of Stock: active listings with no sellable stock left.
- Inbound: stock on its way to Amazon.
- Reserved: stock Amazon has set aside, so it isn't on sale right now. Transfer is moving between fulfilment centres, Customer Order is allocated to orders in progress, Processing is being processed and Reserved Future Supply has its own filter.
- Researching: stock Amazon is investigating.
- UnFulFillable: stock Amazon can't sell in its current state, split by cause, such as Defective or Customer Damaged.
- Stranded: stock with no active listing, so it can't sell until the listing is fixed.
- Unexpected FC: stock in a fulfilment centre outside your home marketplace region.
- Deleted: listings that have been removed.
- All: everything, whatever its state.
The filters for older stock and problem products have their own guides: find aged inventory and find unprofitable products.
