Cancel your subscription

You can cancel STK yourself from Settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then expires. Only the account holder can do this.

Cancel step by step

  1. Open Settings and choose Subscription Status.
  2. Tick the box for the subscription you want to cancel. Each active subscription has its own box.
  3. Click Update Subscription.
  4. Confirm. STK asks if you're sure, then sends a confirmation email to your STK email address.

Basic and Repricer

Repricer needs Basic, so you can't cancel Basic and keep Repricer. To leave STK completely, tick both boxes. You can cancel Repricer on its own and keep Basic.

What happens next

The subscription's status shows Cancellation in Process, then changes to Expiring and STK shows the date it will expire. You can keep using it until then.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable for the active billing period, as set out in the terms you accepted at sign-up.

If your next payment has already gone to your bank when you cancel, it can't be stopped, but it's refunded. Allow up to 7 business days for it to reach your bank.

What happens to your data

Your account is deleted about 8 days after your subscription expires. We send you reminders first. Once your account is deleted, you can't get your data back.

So before your subscription ends, download any reports and invoices you want to keep.

Changed your mind?

If STK warns you that your account will close permanently, read that warning before you confirm.

  • Basic: once it has expired, set up a new Direct Debit from Billing in Settings.
  • Repricer: once it has expired, subscribe again from the In-App Purchases page.

If you only need a break, email support@sellertoolkit.co.uk before you cancel.

On a free trial?

If you haven't set up a subscription, there's nothing to cancel and no payment is due. See what happens when your 14 days end.
