Check a SKU on the Reconcile Dashboard

The Reconcile Dashboard shows everything STK holds for one FBA SKU, on one screen. Use it when you want to look into a SKU, raise a case for it or see what's already been raised.

Open the dashboard

  1. Open FBA Reconciliation. In the side menu, under Inventory, pick a filter such as Overdue, or search for the SKU. See use FBA Reconciliation.
  2. Find the Link Menu. It's the row of icons at the top of the SKU's card. See use the Link Menu.
  3. Click the Reconcile Dashboard icon. It's the bank icon. Hover over an icon to see its name.

On other pages, the same icon is called Reconciliation for SKU. It only works for FBA products.

What each card shows

  • Reimbursement Summary By Disposition: units by type, showing how many are reimbursed, Pending, Overdue and Pastdue.
  • Inventory Statement: your stock position for this SKU.
  • Inventory Manual Adjustments: any adjustments you've added, with your comment.
  • Reimbursement Reconciliation: your reimbursement position for this SKU.
  • Inventory Purchased/Shipped/Received: where your units are on their way to Amazon.
  • Case Log: each case raised for this SKU, with its Case ID and date.
  • Inventory Adjustment Transactions: each adjustment, with its date, type and transaction or order ID.
  • Refund Orders: refunded orders and whether the units came back. See refunds where the item never came back.
  • Reimbursements: each payment from Amazon for this SKU, with your cost and the profit or loss.

What you can do from here

Adjust the quantity

Use this when you know the figures for a SKU need correcting. It changes the figures in STK only. Nothing changes on Amazon.

  1. Click Adjust Inventory Qty. It's an icon on the Inventory Statement card.
  2. Enter the units and a comment. Say why you're making the change, so you remember later.
  3. Click Save. Your change appears on the Inventory Manual Adjustments card.

If an icon is greyed out and says Access Denied, ask your account holder for edit access to Reconciliation.
