Read your dashboard
Your dashboard is the first screen you see in STK. It shows how your Amazon sales and profit are doing, and you can read it in any of four layouts.
Choose a layout
Use the buttons at the top of the page to switch. All four show the same business, just presented differently.
- Chart: tiles and charts. Best for seeing whether things are going up or down.
- Tabled: the chart areas become tables, including a Profit / Loss table. Best when you want the actual figures.
- Classic+: a layout in the style of the original STK dashboard.
- Time Series: four columns side by side, each on its own period. See compare sales periods.
STK opens on the layout you used last. The first time you sign in, that's Chart.
Change the period
- Open the period picker. It's in the page header on Chart, Tabled and Classic+.
- Pick a period. Choose a preset such as Today, Last 7 Days, Month To Date or Life Time, or use Custom for your own dates. Everything on the page updates.
- Change one chart or table on its own. Most have their own period picker. Use it to look at one item on a different period and leave the rest alone.
- Go back. Choose Default. STK also returns to the default after a few minutes, because a period you pick here is treated as a quick look.
Use the header filters
- Fulfilment: show FBA, FBM or All. The choice you make on the dashboard becomes your default on the other pages that have this filter. Changing it on another page only affects that page.
- Compact and Full: Compact shortens numbers so more fits on screen. Full shows every digit. STK remembers your choice.
Read the Profit chart
The Profit chart sits at the bottom of the dashboard, on every layout except Time Series. It shows Net profit and Refunded as bars, with lines for Units and Sales.
- Day, Week or Month: changes how the period is split up.
- The legend: click an item to hide or show it.
- A bar: click it to see the breakdown for just that day, week or month. Click it again to go back to the whole period.
- Marketplace: if you sell in more than one, pick All or a single marketplace above the chart.
- The breakdown panel: lists Sales, Units, Orders, refunds, Amazon fees, Cost of goods, Net profit, Estimated payout, Margin and ROI. VAT, Shipping costs and any Giftwrap appear here too.
You can open the same chart for one product. Click Profit chart on its Link Menu. To understand the headline figures, see profit, ROI and margin.
