These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SellerToolKit services, software, website and applications (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Pure Blue Skies Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1) Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind any entity you represent. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate and up to date.

Upon cancellation or termination, we may retain Customer Data for up to 21 days for limited backup integrity and potential reactivation, after which it may be deleted or anonymised, subject to legal retention requirements. You will indemnify and hold Pure Blue Skies Limited and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach, suspected fraud or misuse, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease immediately.
17) Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute or claim are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
